Life as an Entrepreneur is full of up and down. I am not in the best of my position right now and I had seen much better days. I am making changes to transform my life into a better position. There shall be plenty changes and challenges this year which I have to complete in order to move forward.
We had shifted into a new place, with better facilities, thanks to my son. It's an old school type of investment by him, some form of force savings. Pay off the housing loan and when an opportunity arise, he can always refinance. My son invited us to stay with him, so we moved from our old place to The Residence @ Ampang South , thank you. We love the facilities here, gym, swimming pool & security. Rumors had it that this place is haunted. So far thanks goodness, we had not met any of them yet. We did a simple functional furnishing with IKEA. Painting the wall with Nippon easy wipe Paint. All LED lighting for energy saving. Some minor renovation here & there and we managed to shift in right before the Chinese New Year. Well, one event off the list.

Just came back from our vacation in The Balkans (Ex-Yugoslavia), had a marvelous vacation. We spent 11 days travelling through five countries. It was cold and travelling in winter is kind of a chore as we had to lug around heavy apparels. This trip, the hotel arrangements were top class, stayed in some of the best hotels in the region. You can check our some of the pictures which were shared in my Facebook. Another event off the list.
The Unknown.
From this point onward, I am in unknown territories. I had officially resigned from my role as a Business Development Manager and am officially free (in-between projects) now. Am looking into a project with a friend, but there seems to be some delay. Am suppose to head back to interior of Sabah. This should be great as I can visit our farm and make some planning for the fruit trees when I have settled down. Also rubber prices is consolidating at RM $4.++ . Am hoping that it can break $5.00 level soon. This project is in Bio-compost & Bio-technology. It shall b a very exciting project. Shall be doing lots of trial on most trees & plants. Shall definitely try them on our farm and shall the results with you.
Having free time at the moment, I chance into Happy Life Project. The wording really caught my attention. It's network marketing, and yeah, it's time to learn something new. Direct marketing / network marketing was something I really hated as I had bad experiences event during my college days. After listening and evaluating, I had decided to look at the products. "Do not say NO to things that you don't fully understand".
I hope that this Happy Life Project shall change Alice's lifestyle and mine. If you remember Alice was diagnosed with interstitial cystitis a few years ago. Alice had decided to wean off her Lexapro & Apo-amitriptyline. Both of them have drastic and disruptive side effects. We hope to use some of these products to help her weaning off Lexapro & Apo-amitriptyline.
In this Happy Life Project, you have an option of being just a user, product advocate or even build a business out of it. There are discounts, rewards, compensation plans and even incentive trips. Year 2017, there are trips to Bangkok, Dubai & London. I personally wouldn't mind taking some of these all expenses paid premium vacation trips. Would love to re-visit London and feel the difference of self paid and free trips
